Can we email the developer with questions/comments? The comments at androlib.com say to email.

I’ve got a Samsung Moment and I can’t figure out how to ignore a call and send an SMS. I only get the SMS responder menu on calls that I’ve missed.

Yes.

The developer’s email can be found in the market on your phone.

To answer your question, the sms response window should only appear after missed or ignored calls.
